A savory spread that combines the salty flavors of bacon and olives with creamy cream cheese, perfect for serving on celery sticks or cucumber slices.

Ingredients

  • no-sugar-added bacon: 4 piece (sliced, cooked until crisp)
  • cream cheese: 8 oz (softened to room temperature, to be beaten until smooth)
  • olive oil mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
  • Spanish olives: 24 piece (sliced)

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towel.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
