- turkey breast: 12 piece (slices, 1-ounce slices)
- Swiss cheese: 12 piece (slices, 1-ounce slices)
- baby spinach: 3 cup (fresh)
- avocado: 1 piece (peeled, pitted, cut into slices, large)
- keto-approved mayonnaise: 0.25 cup
- lemon pepper: 0.25 tsp
