This is my answer to the oh-so-yummy but very fattening deep-fried yam fries.

Ingredients

  • olive oil: 1 tsp
  • yams, peeled and: 2 piece (cut into wedges)
  • seasoned salt: 0.5 tsp
  • fat-free sour cream: 5 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise: 1 tsp
  • taco seasoning: 0.5 tsp
  • paprika: 0.125 tsp

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread the olive oil over a baking sheet.
