- butter: 100 g
- dark chocolate 75%: 100 g
- candied ginger: 100 g
- yoghurt: 100 ml (can be replaced with sour cream)
- whole-wheat flour: 350 g
- sugar: 125 g
- egg: 2 piece
- banana: 3 piece
- vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- yeast powder: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 0.25 tsp

Melt butter, cut candied ginger into small pieces, break the chocolate. Mix salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate, yeast powder and ginger in a separate bowl
