- Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked): 0.5 cup
- non-fat milk: 0.5 cup
- non-fat plain Greek yogurt: 0.5 cup
- chia seeds: 1 tsp (optional)
- mixed berries and fruit: 1 cup (fresh)
