This broccoli salad will decorate your evening dinner. It is simple and still very tasty. If you love mushrooms and vegetables, this is a nice chance to combine them and make delicious dish. It is ideal for those who are trying to lose weight, in spite of the fact that it is fried salad.


  • salt : 1 pinch
  • black pepper : 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil : 2 Tbsp
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • broccoli : 500 g
  • champignons : 500 g

  1. Wash champignons in cold water and then slice.

  2. Place the frying pan on the flame. Pour in vegetable oil. Peel garlic, cut it and put into the frying pan and fry during 2 minutes.

  4. Part broccoli into equel pieces and throw into the frying pan. Add salt and black pepper. Fry all ingredients during 20 minutes.
