Here is one more vegan recipe for those who love vegetables and want stay healthy. It is easy and light, full of vitamins and very energetic. Try it, you will not regret.

First wash leek and then dice.

Now wash broccoli and divide, remove rough parts.

In a pan put broccoli and diced leek, pour in water so it must cover vegetables. On a medium flame let the water come to a boil. After it, boil during 5-10 minutes until vegetables become soft.

Wash marrows and grate.

Put marrows into the pan and continue boiling during 7-10 minutes on a medium flame.
