These broiled scallops are delicious. My husband thinks these scallops are better than any we have found in any restaurant.
Ingredients
- ½ pounds bay scallops: 1 piece
- butter: 2 Tbsp (or as needed, melted)
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt: 1 Tbsp

Preheat the broiler to high heat.

Rinse scallops and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic salt.

Broil in the preheated broiler until scallops begin to turn golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with extra melted butter on the side for dipping. Spunky Buddy
