If you have boiled turkey, cheese and tomatoes, then in a few minutes a tasty and nourishing dish will be ready - a casserole with a turkey in a crockpot. Just 20 minutes - and you can call everyone to the table! Healthy crockpot recipes are a great way to save time and dedicate it to your family.
Ingredients
- turkey fillet: 220 g
- water: 2 litre
- onion: 70 g
- hard cheese: 140 g
- cherry tomatoes: 150 g
- egg: 3 piece
- milk: 200 ml
- bay leaf: 1 piece
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- oil: 1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil turkey fillet. To do this, wash the fillets well, put them in a bowl, add salt, bay leaf and 1.5-2 liters. water. Set the mode "Cooking" or "Soup" for 50 minutes. Cooked turkey should be removed and cooled.

While the turkey is boiling, prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel and chop the onion.

Grate cheese. Wash cherry tomatoes.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a clean and dry bowl of the crockpot and fry the onions in the “Frying” mode for 3-5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk, grated cheese, sliced meat, lightly fried onions and salt. If desired, you can add finely chopped herbs, favorite spices.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and spread on the bottom of the bowl cut down.

On top of the tomatoes gently lay out the mass for the casserole, evenly distributing it over the surface. Set the bowl in the crockpot and turn on the “Oven” mode (or “Baking”) for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, gently remove the casserole using the steaming nozzle (install the nozzle and turn the bowl over) or remove the casserole from the bowl with a spatula, after cutting into portions.
