A healthy cauliflower recipe it's not only tasty and nutritious, it’s also incredibly beautiful. Today we offer you to cook baked cauliflower which will be accompanied by fresh spinach and raisins slightly stewed in olive oil.

Ingredients

  • cauliflower : 1 kg
  • onion : 120 g
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • paprica : 1 tsp
  • curry : 1 tsp
  • spinach : 100 g
  • raisins : 50 g
  • balsamic vinegar : 1 tsp
  • almond : 30 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Wash and dry the cauliflower, spinach and raisins. Dry the almonds in a hot frying pan without adding oil, cool and chop. Instead of whole almonds, you can take almond petals or any other nuts. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.


    Dissassemble cauliflower into small florets. Peel onion and cut into thin half-rings. Put cauliflower and onion half rings in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add paprika, curry and salt to taste. Mix well. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, occasionally turning the cabbage blossoms to bake evenly.

  2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the pan, add the spinach and raisins. Cook for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, mix and remove from heat.

  3. Combine the spinach with the baked cauliflower. Stir and sprinkle with almonds. Enjoy your meal!
