- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese: 1 cup
- granulated garlic: 0.125 tsp
- chili powder: 0.125 tsp
- ground cumin: 0.125 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.0625 tsp
- finely chopped cilantro: 1 Tbsp
- olive oil: 1 tsp

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.

Drop by tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared cookie sheet.
