Stages of cooking
-
Mix the cream cheese well to make it airy and smooth.
-
Add sugar…
-
… and rum. Mix the ingredients once again.
-
Melt white chocolate on the water bath or in a microwave oven, add it to the cream cheese mixture and stir one more time.
-
Chop hazelnuts and add them to the mass. Stir well one more time.
-
Cover the mass with the kitchen film and leave in a fridge for about 2-3 hours.
-
Now, take the bowl with the cream cheese mixture away from the fridge. Prepare two more bowls – one with the water to rinse the hands and another one with cocoa powder, which should not be sweet.
-
Rinse you hands with water, form small cream cheese balls and roll them out in cocoa powder. As soon as your cheesecake truffles are ready, leave them in a fridge for about 4-6 hours. Serve cold and enjoy the taste!
