It happens that one uses whites while cooking, and the yolks remain unused. This recipe is a great way to use yolks and get crisp cookies with pieces of chocolate and walnuts. Kids can be involved in the cooking of chocolate chunk cookies, things will go slower, but much more fun.
Ingredients
- yolk: 5 piece
- vanilla sugar: 10 g
- sugar powder: 10 g
- butter: 120 g
- flour: 310 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- dark chocolate: 60 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- walnuts: 60 g

Prepare the ingredients. Butter and eggs should be at room temperature.

In a bowl, whisk the yolks and vanilla sugar. In another bowl, whisk the butter and sugar powder. Add the yolks to the butter, mix. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Knead the dough quickly.

Chop the chocolate. Heat walnuts in a dry frying pan until they turn slightly brown. Peel and grind. Add chocolate and nuts to the dough, mix.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Form balls with the size of a walnut, spread on a baking sheet and slightly flatten them.

Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool and serve immediately.
