- turkey fillet: 400 g
- mixed vegetables: 200 ml (frozen vegetable mix)
- sweet yellow pepper: 1 piece
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove
- sour cream: 2 Tbsp

Add a little vegetable oil to the preheated stewpan and dip the vegetable mixture there. Meanwhile, cut the turkey into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Fry, stirring , over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Next, add chopped garlic, soy sauce, sour cream and a little water. Mix everything, reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
