- milk chocolate: 225 g
- yolk: 2 piece
- butter: 25 g
- cream: 1 Tbsp (35%)
- almond: 50 g (chopped)
- cognac: 2 Tbsp
- cocoa powder: 1 Tbsp

Mix one egg yolk, cream, cognac, almond and butter in a bowl.

Melt milk chocolate on a water bath.

Add the mass you have just prepared into the chocolate and mix it well. Take the chocolate off from fire and let it cool down a bit.
