This jalapeño relish recipe is deliciously spicy. It goes great on burgers, hot dogs, and more — but what you really want to try it on is fresh, sweet watermelon. Just trust me on this one! You can add this to sour cream or cream cheese for a dip or spread.

Ingredients

  • pickled jalapeno peppers: 2 cups
  • oval-shaped dill pickle slices: 1 cup
  • tequila: 1 Tbsp
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (chopped)
  • onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • freshly cracked pepper: 1 tsp
  • fresh dill: 1 tsp (chopped)
  • dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco): 1 piece

  1. Combine pickled jalapeños, dill pickles, tequila, garlic, onion, pepper, dill, and hot pepper sauce in a food processor; pulse several times to finely chop and mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
