  • loaf frozen bread dough: 1 piece (1 pound, thawed)
  • brown sugar: 0.66667 cup
  • walnuts: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • heavy whipping cream: 0.33333 cup
  • sifted confectioners' sugar: 0.66667 cup (or as needed)

  1. Lightly grease two 9-inch round cake pans with 1 tablespoon melted butter; set aside.
