This sautéed broccoli rabe recipe is a simple, delicious, and elegant side dish to any meal. It adds the perfect variety to your traditional steamed broccoli.

  • broccoli rabe: 1 pound (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic: 6 clove (minced, 6 to 8 garlic cloves)
  • red pepper flakes: 0 tsp (pinch)
