- full-fat coconut milk: 13.5 oz
- soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- bay leaf: 1 piece
- red pepper flakes: 0 tsp (pinch)
- kale: 1 pack (stemmed and coarsely chopped, 1 bunch)
- salt: 0 tsp
