This kale recipe is rich, juicy, savory, and sweet all at once. The kale is cooked down so it’s as soft as butter and can be enjoyed simply with a side of rice.

Ingredients

  • full-fat coconut milk: 13.5 oz
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • lime: 1 piece (juiced)
  • bay leaf: 1 piece
  • red pepper flakes: 0 tsp (pinch)
  • kale: 1 pack (stemmed and coarsely chopped, 1 bunch)
  • salt: 0 tsp

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, bay leaf, and red pepper flakes.
