  • jicama: 1 piece (peeled and cubed)
  • mango: 1 piece (peeled and cubed)
  • red onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • jalapeño: 1 piece (seeded and finely chopped)
  • fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • fresh dill: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • lime: 1 piece (Juice of)
  • salt: 0 tsp

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the jicama, mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and dill.
