  • codfish : 500 g
  • soy sauce : 3 Tbsp
  • corn starch : 2 Tbsp
  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • red pepper : 1 pinch
  • coriander powder : 1 pinch

  1. –órepare the fish, clean, cut into small pieces.

  2. Pour in soy sauce and add spices. Stir well.

    Fry over high heat under the lid, stirring from time to time for about 10 minutes.
