- whole milk: 1 cup
- no-bean chili (such as Hormel®): 1 can (15 ounce can)
- lime juice (from 1 lime): 1 Tbsp (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder: 1 piece
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika: 1 piece
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin: 1 piece
- kosher salt: 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.25 tsp
- white onion: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
- fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
- yellow or white corn tortilla chips: 1 pack (9 ounce pack)
