These waffles mostly for those who have some problams with stomach, cause corn meal is very useful for it. To cook common waffles use wheat flour.

- baking powder: 1 tsp
- nutmeg: 2 pinch
- honey: 4 Tbsp
- milk: 200 ml
- butter: 50 g
- egg: 2 piece
- corn meal: 150 g
