These waffles mostly for those who have some problams with stomach, cause corn meal is very useful for it. To cook common waffles use wheat flour.

  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • nutmeg: 2 pinch
  • honey: 4 Tbsp
  • milk: 200 ml
  • butter: 50 g
  • egg: 2 piece
  • corn meal: 150 g

  1. Mix all the ingredients and leave the batter for 10-15 minutes. Add nutmeg and mix.
