Ingredients
- all-purpose flour: 2 cups
- granulated sugar: 0.5 cup
- baking powder: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- instant dark roast coffee: 1 Tbsp
- egg: 1 piece (beaten)
- unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
- milk: 1 cup
- heavy cream: 0.25 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant dark roast coffee in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, melted butter, milk, and heavy cream.
