Ingredients
- flour tortillas: 2 piece (10 inch)
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
- Jalapeno peppers: 1 tsp (minced)
- black beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
- ounces cream cheese: 3 piece (cubed)
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
