- artichoke hearts in water: 1 can (14 ounce can, drained)
- Parmesan cheese: 0.5 cup (grated)
- mayonnaise: 0.33333 cup
- sour cream: 0.33333 cup
- clove garlic: 1 piece (to taste, minced)
- squeeze fresh lemon juice: 1 piece
- pinch salt and ground black pepper: 1 piece
