A very refreshing, easy Florida specialty pie!

Ingredients

  • prepared graham cracker crust: 1 piece (9 inch)
  • eggs, separated: 3 piece
  • sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 ounce can)
  • lime zest: 1 tsp (grated)
  • lime juice: 0.33333 cup (fresh)
  • frozen whipped topping: 1 cup (thawed, optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C).
