This baked rice pudding recipe is the easiest rice pudding I know, and it is delicious!

Ingredients

  • uncooked white rice: 0.33333 cup
  • white sugar: 0.33333 cup
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • quart whole milk: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 2 Tbsp
  • ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
