This baked rice pudding recipe is the easiest rice pudding I know, and it is delicious!
Ingredients
- uncooked white rice: 0.33333 cup
- white sugar: 0.33333 cup
- pinch salt: 1 piece
- quart whole milk: 1 piece
- vanilla extract: 2 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Place rice, sugar, and salt in the casserole dish; stir in milk and vanilla.

Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
