- green onions: 4 piece (chopped)
- ham: 1 cup (cubed)
- frozen mixed peas and carrots: 1 cup
- eggs: 4 piece (beaten)
- cooked rice: 4 cups (cold)
- bean sprouts: 1 cup
- soy sauce: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
