These pancakes do not contain eggs, but they are still very delicious! Try cooking them and your family will ask you to do that again and again!
- milk : 1 cup
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- vinegar : 1 tsp
- sugar : 2 Tbsp
- salt : 1 pinch
- flour : 1 cup
- starch : 1 Tbsp
- oil : 1 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Pour milk into a bowl, add yeast powder and vinegar. Wait for a few minutes.
Add sugar, salt, starch, flour and stir well. The batter should not be too liquid or stiff.
Finally, add oil and stir once again.
Heat the frying pan without adding oil. Otherwise, your pancakes may get burn. Spoon the batter onto the frying pan and cover it with a top. This is a very important step of the recipe, which should not be overlooked!
Wait until small bubbles start appearing on pancakes and turn them on the other side for a minute or two. The pancakes are very gassy and extremely delicious!
