Rice pudding, only better! Very creamy and wonderful eggnog flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups eggnog: 1 piece
  • ½ cups cooked rice: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ground nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • half-and-half: 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece

  1. Combine eggnog, rice, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until bubbling, about 5 minutes.
