  • banana : 1 piece
  • orange : 1 piece
  • apple : 1 piece
  • raisins : 20 g
  • brown sugar : 3 Tbsp
  • sour cream : 3 Tbsp (33%)
  • soy sauce : 1 tsp

  1. Cut an apple, orange and banana as you wish. Soak the raisins in hot boiling water for about 15 minutes and then rinse them well. When peeling the banana, remove the peel carefully not to spoil the presentation.

  2. Prepare the ingredients for the salty caramel. These are brown sugar, cream and soy sauce.

  3. Add brown sugar into the frying pan and warm it on small fire, stirring the sugar until it becomes dark brown. Add soy sauce, mix it well with sugar and turn the fire off. Wait until the mixture cools down and add sour cream.

  4. Take the banana peel, dredge it with raisins, decorate with caramel and serve with the fruit salad.
