Coffee pancakes are unusual and extremely delicious! They are easy to cook and contain simple ingredients you always have at hand!

- flour: 240 g
- instant coffee: 1 Tbsp
- sugar: 2 Tbsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- butter: 30 g
- milk: 250 ml
- egg: 1 piece

Take a large bowl and mix flour, instant coffee, sugar, salt and baking powder in it. Stir everything well until the mixture becomes smooth

Melt butter in a small pot and add it into the large bowl

Add milk and egg. Whisk everything well to get the smooth batter

Heat the frying pan with non-stick coating and spoon the batter on it. Do not use oil! As soon as you notice small bubbles on the surface of pancakes, it is high time to turn them to another side.

Serve your coffee pancakes hot or cold with any sauce, jam or sour cream. Enjoy your dessert!
