- honeydew melon: 2 cups (diced)
- English (seedless) cucumber: 1 piece (diced)
- onion: 1 piece (diced)
- avocado: 1 piece (chopped)
- jalapeno pepper, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (chopped)
- white balsamic vinegar: 0.25 cup
- lime juice: 1 Tbsp
- salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
