Ingredients
- lean ground beef: 1 pound
- potatoes: 4 piece (cubed)
- onion: 0.25 cup (sliced)
- ½ cups frozen corn kernels: 1 piece
- cut green beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
- elbow macaroni: 1 cup
- salt: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 1 tsp
- tomato sauce: 2 cans (8 ounce cans)
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tsp (optional)
- garlic salt: 1 tsp
- basil: 0.5 tsp (dried)

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
