This Hawaiian macaroni salad recipe is simple and tasty — just like you'd get at a Hawaiian restaurant. No fruit in this salad, just macaroni pasta, carrot, and a creamy dressing. Very yummy and easy to make.

  • elbow macaroni: 6 cups
  • mayonnaise: 2 cups (to taste)
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • carrot: 0.5 cup (shredded)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
