This easy roast beef slider recipe is perfect for make-ahead, bite-sized sandwiches.
Ingredients
- prepared horseradish: 0.5 cup
- (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls: 1 piece (split)
- slices deli roast beef: 12 piece
- slices deli-sliced Swiss cheese: 12 piece
- butter: 0.5 cup
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
- spicy brown mustard: 1 Tbsp
- ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
- pinch garlic powder: 1 piece (to taste)
- poppy seeds: 2 tsp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion, brown sugar, spicy mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in butter until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
