- almond : 200 g
- water : 1 litre (or as much as needed)
Stages of cooking
Cover raw almonds with water so that the nuts float freely. Leave on for 4-5 hours.
After 5 hours, drain the water from the nuts and cover with boiling water.
After boiling water it is easy to peel the nuts in minutes.
Put the peeled nuts in a blender and pour a liter of boiled or distilled water.
Grind to a completely smooth state at high power. The colour should be ivory.
Strain the mixture through a sieve.
