- brown rice: 125 g
- zucchini: 1 piece
- carrots: 1 piece
- sweet pepper: 1 kg
- champignons: 400 g
- tomato paste: 1 Tbsp
- water: 100 ml
- salt: 1 tsp

Boil brown rice, having soaked it for 4 hours in advance.

Wash and peel the vegetables and champignons. Chop zucchini, carrots and mushrooms.

Mix boiled rice with chopped vegetables.

Wash the sweet peppers and remove the middle part of them. Stuff the peppers with the topping you have just prepared.

Mix tomato paste with water. Put the stuffed sweet peppers into the pot of the slow cooker and pour the tomato sauce inside.
