Many women know that ginger helps to quickly burn those extra pounds, if used correctly. We suggest making a simple, but very tasty healthy smoothie recipe based on green tea and ginger.

Ingredients

  • green tea : 150 ml
  • ginger : 110 g
  • dried apricots : 3 piece
  • honey : 10 g
  • apple : 1 piece
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Brew green tea and let cool.

  2. Peel the ginger root and cut into pieces. Also clear the green apple from the peel and cut.

  3. Put dried apricots in a small bowl and pour half a cup of boiling water. Leave the dried fruits for fifteen minutes so that they swell a little.

  4. Put the pieces of green apple and chopped ginger into the bowl of the blender, add dried apricots.

  5. Pour all the components with chilled green tea, add lemon juice and ten grams of honey. 
    Grind for a few minutes.
