This no-sugar coleslaw is a classic, doused in a vinegar and mayonnaise dressing.

Ingredients

  • distilled white vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise: 1 cup
  • prepared Dijon-style mustard: 2 Tbsp
  • cabbage: 3 cups (shredded)
  • red cabbage: 3 cups (shredded)
  • carrot: 1 cup (grated)
