These are the ultimate homemade energy bars — they're absolutely delicious! Make them if you want more fiber in your diet and you're sick of feeding the kids those boxed, dry, bland granola bars.
Ingredients
- ½ cups rolled oats: 3 piece
- sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins): 0.75 cup
- sunflower seeds: 0.66667 cup
- white chocolate chips: 0.5 cup
- sesame seeds: 0.5 cup (toasted)
- oat bran: 0.5 cup
- flax seeds: 3 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- ½ cups creamy natural peanut butter: 1 piece
- honey: 1 cup
- olive oil: 5 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix oats, cranberries, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, sesame seeds, oat bran, flax seeds, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and oil until well combined. Press mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for 10 minutes to set.
