These slightly sweet honey potatoes are perfect with most entrees.

Ingredients

  • red potatoes, quartered: 1 pound
  • onion: 2 Tbsp (diced)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • honey: 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard: 1 tsp
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
