- unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder: 1 Tbsp
- packet granulated sugar substitute: 1 piece (to taste)
- hot coffee: 1 cup
- skim milk: 0.5 cup
- cocoa powder: 0.5 tsp (for garnish)

In a small mug or coffee cup, mix cocoa and granulated sugar substitute together. Add a few tablespoons of coffee and stir until cocoa is completely dissolved. Pour in remaining coffee.
