Ingredients
- slices sharp Cheddar cheese: 2 piece
- slices bread: 2 piece
- fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- fresh basil: 1 tsp (chopped)
- fresh oregano: 1 tsp (chopped)
- fresh rosemary: 1 tsp (chopped)
- fresh dill: 1 tsp (chopped)
- butter: 1 Tbsp (softened, divided)

Layer Cheddar slices onto 1 piece bread. Sprinkle parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, and dill over the cheese; top with remaining bread. Spread the top of sandwich with 1 tablespoon butter.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Gently flip sandwich, buttered-side down, into the hot skillet; spread remaining 1 tablespoon butter on the top. Cook until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes per side.
