Delicious jalapeño peppers stuffed with a creamy cheese filling and wrapped in bacon. Perfectly baked for a crispy texture!
Ingredients
- jalapeño peppers: 8 piece (medium)
- cream cheese: 4 oz (softened, 1/2 cup)
- shredded pepper jack cheese: 0.5 cup
- no-sugar-added bacon: 8 piece

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut about 1/3 of each pepper off lengthwise to make a little pocket for filling. Scoop out seeds.

Mix cream cheese and pepper jack cheese together in a small bowl. Divide filling into 8 equal portions and stuff each pepper with cheese filling.

Wrap each pepper in bacon. Lay flat on cookie sheet and bake 15–20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
