A baked oatmeal from heaven. The maple syrup and roasted cinnamon do wonders for an already great recipe!

Ingredients
- rolled oats: 3 cups
- brown sugar: 0.75 cup
- ground cinnamon (such as McCormick® Roasted Saigon Cinnamon): 2 tsp
- baking powder: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- milk: 1 cup
- butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
- maple syrup: 0.25 cup
- eggs: 2 piece
- vanilla extract: 2 tsp
- cranberries: 0.25 cup (to taste, dried)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Beat in milk, butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract; fold in cranberries. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, about 40 minutes.
