Ingredients

  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • green bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
  • garlic: 4 clove (minced)
  • fully cooked kielbasa: 1 pound (cubed)
  • tomatoes with juice: 1 can (28 ounce can, diced)
  • water: 0.5 cup
  • paprika: 1 tsp
  • oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • thyme: 0.25 tsp (dried)
  • dashes hot sauce: 3 piece
  • ½ cups orzo pasta: 1 piece

  1. Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and green bell pepper in the hot oil until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Stir garlic into vegetables and cook until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.
