- green bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)

- fully cooked kielbasa: 1 pound (cubed)
- tomatoes with juice: 1 can (28 ounce can, diced)
- water: 0.5 cup
- paprika: 1 tsp
- oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
- thyme: 0.25 tsp (dried)
- dashes hot sauce: 3 piece
- ½ cups orzo pasta: 1 piece

Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and green bell pepper in the hot oil until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Stir garlic into vegetables and cook until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.
