Chop and fry the garlic first

Add and fry the rice for 5 minutes

Add two eggs and stir everything well

Add chopped green onion, fry for two more minutes, add a bit of water and cover the frying pan with the lid. Cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with soy sauce! Bon appétit!
