- chicken fillet: 500 g
- starch: 1.5 Tbsp
- oil: 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- ginger: 0.5 tsp (milled)
- chili pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- peanuts: 2 Tbsp

Take chicken fillet and cut it into long and slim slices

Mix chicken with starch

Fry the chicken on the frying pan on big fire adding oil

Add salt, soy sauce, chopped chili pepper, ginger and mix everything well before taking the frying pan away from fire

Dry the peanuts on a frying pan and peel them

Chop the peanuts

Place the frying pan with the chicken back on fire, add chopped peanuts, mix everything well and fry for about 1-2 minutes

Put the chicken on a serving dish, decorate it with fresh cucumber and serve with say sauce! Enjoy the dish!
